Private rooms start at $900+ per month, and shared bedrooms start at $700+ per month. Units are available furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. Utilities are billed at a flat rate of $100 per month.

- Income typically 2.5x to 3x monthly rent (co-signer accepted)
- Satisfactory credit check (student applicants may qualify with a co-signer)
- Positive rental history with no prior evictions
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent
- First and last month's rent due at lease signing
